MGM GRAND CONVENTION CENTER EXPANSION

250,000 square feet of additional meeting space with seamless transition to the existing for a combined total of 850,000 square feet for the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Create Design Unit was asked to develop a signage design and wayfinding bid package, a fresh look with consideration to the existing convention. Task at hand included the development of a wayfinding program to guide convention guests between the new and existing space with eventual replacement of all signage for a cohesive package. CDU also provided project management services, taking ownership from initial design concept through final punch list.
